Access Description: On the west side of Peter Lake, accessed by turning south off highway 620 onto King's Road and driving to the Murray sign. The shaft is in the north-facing side of an outcrop/hill.



Exploration History

1890's: Shaft reported to be put down around this time. An 8-foot untimbered shaft is located at the top of the hill. At the bottom of the hill, about 15 feet north and 15 feet down, a downward-sloping adit has been cut into the hill.
