Apr 15, 2021 (Sheree Hinz) - Dolomite - pale blue/grey, very fine-grained, sugary-textured with minor muscovite, hematite and graphite. Very friable, weathering to a fine sand.

Apr 15, 2021 (Sheree Hinz) - The area consists of a band of relatively pure, fine grained, grey, dolomitic marble varying in width from about 50 to 200 m. Grey banding in the marbles is caused by minor amounts of very fine graphite as inclusions in the carbonate grains.
