Sep 24, 2019 (A Wilson) - Calcite, quartz, tremolite, phlogopite and graphite veins are hosted within dolomitic marble. The veins are up to 20 cm wide and strike 075º. The property is underlain with dolomitic marble which is dissected with quartz veins and stringers throughout the property. The quartz veins are mineralized with pyrite, tourmaline and scheelite which is concentrated close to the shear zone. The fluorite is reported in concession 9 along the boundary of lots 22 and 23. This vein averages 3 inches in width and consists of green fluorite, white platey barite, some calcite and a minor amount of chalcopyrite with a malachite stain.
