Jun 11, 2021 (Sheree Hinz) - The deposit occurs within a sequence of paragneisses near the contact with a discontinuous unit or lens of marble. These rocks form part of an extensive, folded sequence of metavolcanic, clastic and calcareous metasedimentary rocks. The occurrence is hosted in a conformable quartz vein within paragneisses, a short distance north of the contact with dolomitic marbles.

Jun 11, 2021 (Sheree Hinz) - A 0.3 m wide vertical quartz vein contains disseminated arsenopyrite and minor pyrite. It occurs within an altered biotite gneiss situated about 10 m N of the marble contact. Conformable quartz and calcite stringers and veins contain up to 5 percent pyrite and arsenopyrite. Little significant mineralization was detected in core samples, however one zone assayed 1.07 oz/ton Au and 0.29 oz/ton Ag.
