Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: 2.8 km north of Plevna. The deposit is accessible from Highway 506 at Plevna by all-weather gravel roads. It is within 600 m of a road which passes south of Kring Lake. (OFR 5548, p161).
Pre 1917: 3 pits were completed by G.C. Shannon, one pit is 25 feet square, the other two, 30 feet long and up to 10 feet deep. (OFR 5548, p161).
