Access Description: Property number 3 from Map 2471 Sharbot Lake, 1.9 km S25lW of Antoine Point on the East shore of Hawley Bay, Sharbot Lake.
Harding (1947), first describes this occurrence as a small prospect pit, 6 m long x 2 m deep, which was workrd by William Hawley in 1925 and later by C. Stoness between 1930 and 1935. About one ton of marginal mica was reported to have been produced from a 0.6 m wide vein containing calcite, pyroxene and phlogopite mica, (GR 228).
