1915 to 1918, J. Stoness sunk two pits on a 1.2 m wide mica-bearing pink calcite vein; one pit is 3 m x 3 m x 4.6 m deep and the second pit is 6.1 m long x 1.5 m wide x 4.6 m deep, (AR Vol 56 Pt 6).
