Point Location Description: Precise, dot symbol Mo just N of Hwy 7 and W of Sharbot Lake.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: A vehicle trail passes through a gravel pit north of an all weather gravel road located 1.0 km east and 0.5 km north of the interesection between Hwy 7 and the access to Mountain Grove. The presumed location of the deposit is approximately 2.0 road km from the Hwy 7 - Mountain Grove access intersection.
First reported by Harding(1951, P89), the amount of molybdenite exposed is very small and is of mineralogical interest only.
