Point Location Description: series of pits and trenches on south side of Long Lake road.
Location Method: AMIS Site Visit
Access Description: From Perth, head south on highway 1 for 8.76 km. Turn right on highway 21 and continue for 7.50 km. Turn right on Long Lake Road and continue for 3.38 km. The site is located approximately 60 m west of the intersection of Long Lake Road and a side road.
circa 1897: Webster and Company – underground development. 1899: Webster and Company – shaft developed to 35 feet and mica was mined from it. 1901-1909: General Electric Company – mine in production.
