Lithology Comments

Nov 23, 2020 (Sheree Hinz) - The area is in the Grenville structural province, to the northwest of the Methuen granite, and in the contact zone between the Methuen granite and the Lasswade marble to the northwest. This contact zone is underlain by Precambrian non-calcareous metasedimentary and metavolcanic rocks which are intruded by the Blue Mountain nepheline syenite body.
