Point Location Description: General, Point on E-side of Squaw River, 9.4 km S of N-bdry of and 10.5 km E of W-bdry of Harvey Tp.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: From Buckhorn, north on Hwy 36 for 14 km, then S on cottage rd. for 2 km. E on rd for 2.5 km. Occurrence lies 750 m N of this point.
1954-1955: Cavendish Uranium and Mining Company Limited held an option, performed surface work, geiger ctr survey, 13 ddh.

Apr 15, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - The property consists of lots 17 to 20, concession 11 and lots 17 to 20, concession 12; it is underlined by a series of uranium-bearing pegmatite dikes and sills that intrude metasediments. Uranium mineralization appears to be restricted to the pegmatites. Radiometric readings were variable and varied from 3 up to 70 times background readings. (R230)
