Circa 1894 : 2 shafts and an adit, the main shaft said to be about 100 ft deep with drifts 70 ft to the S and 80 ft to the N. 30 kegs of galena were shipped. 1911 : the deposit was worked again, some ore concentrated in the mill and 26 tons shipped (1916).

Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - A galena-barite-calcite vein, about 2 ft wide, in biotite paragneiss. The vein was brecciated and carried little galena, though barrel size masses of it did occur. Along with pink and cream barite and pink calcite, sphalerite is also noted.
