Access Description: Following the private road in lot 26 south from its junction with Hwy 519 in Snowdon township for a distance of 900 m, the north-western edge of this deposit is encountered.

Jan 12, 2017 (A Wilson) - The total area of this deposit excluding open water is 262.66 ha of which 15% is forested and 85% is non-forested. The area of this deposit which has a peat depth of greater than one metre is 120.42 ha.
Jan 12, 2017 (A Wilson) - This deposit has a commercially harvestable average measured peat depth of 291 cm. This average depth occurs over a surface area of 120.42 ha resulting in a volume of 1.6 million m3 tonnes . The major portion of this deposit has a relatively consistent peat depth of between one to two metres, is relatively unobstructed with trees or rock outcrops and has immediate road access. This deposit is situated on patented land.
