1957-58 : Stanley Simmonds (N showing) copper mineralization discovered earlier - reports 3 old test pits (2 are 125 ft. apart and 1 is 75 ft. from the main pit) with considerable sulphide mineralization (chalcopyrite and a narrow band of pyrrhotite). There is also a 20 x 5-6 ft. open cut on a hill. H. Winkler is reported to have run a magnetometer survey which followed the pyrrhotite band for 800 ft. Simmonds also staked in Snowdon township (S showing, lots 23-9, cons 1-2). The property was optioned to Norsyncomaque Mining Ltd. Some trenching and other surface work was carried out. 1965-66 : Win-Eldrich Mines Ltd option on the L.F. Labow property: ground magnetometer survey; carried SP surveys and some geological mapping (Cu-Mo). They report sparse molybdenum mineralization in gneiss. 1983 : Offset Oil and Gas Resources Ltd : VLF, mag, geology and scintillometer surveys carried out for uranium.
