Nov 01, 2013 (C Papertzian) - Graphitic marble float found and, later, outcrop of graphite in marble and in schist. There appears to be a fault along the creek valley and so the showing warrants further exploration.

Nov 01, 2013 (A Wilson) - Graphite occurs as flakes 1-3 mm in size. A grab sample from the occurrence assayed 1-2% free carbon, 135 ppm Pb and 265 ppm Zn. The graphite is in 1-3 mm flakes - a grab sample assayed 1-2 % free carbon, 135 ppm Pb and 265 ppm Zn.
