Access Description: Pits in a small gully near a fault separating marbles and siliceous metasediments (N) from quartzite and metaconglimerate (S).
Unknown date : 2 pits, about 1 x 2 x 1 m deep.
Province: Grenville
Geological Age: Mesoproterozoic
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Samples from the pits were assayed (for Cr, Pb, Sr, V, and Zn) in 1984 and magnetite was observed in these samples. See OGS 1984 for assays.
