Nov 06, 2013 (A Wilson) - Graphite mineralization occurs within marble breccia on the south side of the Buller Lake Road. Large blocks of disrupted intrusions of granite and assorted metasedimentary rocks also are found adjacent to the occurrence. The occurrence lies adjacent to the margin of a large block of dolomite in the Denna Lake Structural Complex. The rock has not been investigated for its potential as building stone.

Nov 06, 2013 (D Laidlaw) - 1 to 2% graphite in marble breccia was observed. A grab sample collected by the OGS assayed 0.6% non carbonate carbon.
