Jan 28, 2017 (A Wilson) - Medium sized, anhedral grains, granular textured - unaltered, except for a trace amount of replacement of feldspar by carbonate/ and a minor amount of chloritic alteration of biotite. - micro-antiperthitic texture is evident on some grains. Minor quartz veins and iron staining. Although outcrop exposure is limited this area shows, good potential for building stone.
