Jan 23, 2017 (A Wilson) - OGS Property # GLA-01 : meta-gabbro, fine-grained, foliated with moderate-intense jointing. Minor quartz veining and mafic segregation. Only limited potential for dimension stone. Discolouration of the road cut illustrates poor weathering qualities. This outcrop is on the south margin of the Glamorgan Gabbro - exploration towards the core is recommended.
