Jan 31, 2017 (A Wilson) - The claim area is underlain by metasediments belonging to the Grenville Supergroup, in contact with the Glamorgan Granite Gneiss. "Feldspathic biotite - hornblende paragneiss, quartzite, and white marble are the predominant rock types. Some diopside - actinolite skarn and granitic pegmatite occur as small stringers in the metasediments.
