Point Location Description: Point on Hwy 503, 1.0 km west of Gooderham.

Location Method: Data Compilation

Access Description: A roadcut on Hwy 503, 0.8 km west of the junction of Hwys 507 and 503 in Gooderham (lot 24/25, con 6). There is a similar roadcut 0.3 km west of this junction in lot 26, con 5.



Exploration History

Mineral location : chondrodite, clinopyroxene, clinoamphibole, scapolite, serpentine, apatite, mica, titanite, py, po, graphite.

Mineralization Comments

Jan 23, 2017 (A Wilson) - Coarsely bladed white tremolite occurs in crystalline limestone. White granular massive calcite is associated with it. Tiny light blue apatite crystals and patches of pyrite occur in the tremolite.
