Exploration History

1968 : D.C. Lang and associates staked this property. 1968 : Gunnex sampled the property. 1968 : Watts, Griffis and McOuat - mapping. 1976 : Conwest Exploration Co Ltd-. sampled selected areas of the showings in the central dyke area (average 0.38 and 0.76 lbs U3O8). 1977 : Crystal Comstock Mines Ltd - (becoming Edgewood Explorations Ltd in 1977) carried out geology and radiometric surveys and drilled 12 holes (3,623 ft.).

Mineralization Comments

Jan 26, 2017 (A Wilson) - There are two known uranium-bearing zones on the property. The main zone on the east side of the highway gives moderate to high radioactive responses. To the south of the main zone is another zone consisting of a series of old filled-in trenches having moderate to high radioactivity, up to 75x background. Drilling has intersected good grades along a strike length of 60 ft. : 0.70 lbs U3O8 aver 2.5 ft., 3.2 lbs U3O8 over 2.0 ft.,0.80 lbs U3O8 over 1.0 ft.
