Feb 03, 2017 (A Wilson) - The pegmatites are generally unfoliated and predominantly concordant. The rocks dip moderately (20-50º) to the south. Near the drill sites, the only rocks outcropping are syenites and pegmatites. None of the calcareous rocks found in the cores outcrop at surface. Assays of representative samples of drill-core all show low concentrations of uranium, the highest in a pegmatite,

Feb 03, 2017 (A Wilson) - Best assays from the Northern Nuclear Mines Ltd. diamond drilling program returned values of 0.120% U3O8 over 6 feet and 0.089% U3O8 over 12 feet in DDH 69-1. DDH 69-4 returned an intersection of 2.3 ft. containing 0.310% U3O8. Only one drill-hole was of interest in which uraninite was found in phlogopite marbles. Samples from two levels in this hole assayed at 0.108% U3O8 and 0.065% U3O8.
