1953-4: Stratmat - scint and mag, 9 DDH. 1955: Atlin-Ruffner - geology, stripping and bulk sample. 1967: airborne mag, E.M. and rad by Chandler. Landair explored this and adjoining properties for fluorite. 2009-2023: Skead Holdings Ltd. explored the area for REE and uranium and conducted radiometric surveys, sampling and assays.

May 10, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - The mineralization is hosted in allanite-pyroxene-feldspar veins, apatite-fluorite-calcite veins and granitic pegmatite containing allanite and fluorite crystals up to 10 cm long.

May 09, 2024 (Nazha Sabiri) - The Allanite zone has been estimated to contains 37,187 tonnes of cerium at an average of 2.29%. (OFR5311). Best drill core assays for uranium (as U3O8) were 0.01% over 6 m and 0.045% over 0.4 m. Recent assays from trenched area returned above detection limit for Thorium (>4000 ppm), Yttrium (>2000 ppm), Lanthanum (>2000 ppm), Cerium (>2000 ppm) and Neodymium (1000> ppm) (20000007137).
