Apr 05, 2011 (A Wilson) - Marmont and Johnston mapped the occurrence as a strongly recrystallized coronitic metagabbro. It is described as being deformed, with a well-developed vein network texture and boudinage. The authors also identified garnet within the body. Map 3411 identifies the rock as heterogeneous grey gneisses containing discontinuous layers and boudins of amphibolite.
