Access Description: Highway 520 west from Burks Falls, 15.2km from intersection of highway 520 and 11b. Turn northeast on Bakers Road. Proceed 1.1km to the farm rd at Bakers residence. Follow farm road 1.5km to log cabin at Carman (Hungry) lake. Open cut is 25m east of the cabin.

Lithology Comments

Feb 16, 2011 (A Wilson) - The gneiss cap is estimated to be between 4 and 5 feet thick. The dike is approximately 4 to 5 feet thick.




Mineralization Comments

Feb 16, 2011 (A Wilson) - The dike contains coarse-grained microcline and quartz. The feldspar crystals are as large as 1 by 1.5 feet. Small graphite flakes averaging 0.5 mm in size make up about 10% of the gneiss.
