Nov 03, 2009 (A Wilson) - The dike is reportedly 6 feet wide and strikes north and dips vertically. The granite gneiss is silicified on the east side of the dike and the host rock contains xenoliths of hornblende gneiss and marble.

Nov 03, 2009 (A Wilson) - The pegmatite contains masses of glassy quartz up to 2 feet and pink potash feldspar up to 1 foot, but mostly < 3 inches. Most of the spar carries some quartz and would be No. 2 grade. Some soda spar and some biotite in books up to 3 inches across were observed.
