Location Method: Conversion from MDI

Access Description: Samples taken close to Hwy 511 about 1/2 ml apart. One in W half of lot 25, con 3 and another in the E half of lot 26, con 4 according to the notes but in lots 26 and 27 on the map (P1980).

Geology Comments

Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - 1976 sampling (P124-6) by the OGS in a marble belt which extends across the N part of the township in the vicinity of White Lake. These marbles tend to differ from those to the S in that they are more dolomitic, finer-grained and cream, yellow or dark grey in colour.
