May 25, 2011 (A Wilson) - The occurrence is described as white and light grey banded, medium crystalline, calcitic marble. The occurrence had a minimum width 15 feet and showed contorted bedding.
May 25, 2011 (A Wilson) - A grab sample collected by M. Vos in in 1977 returned 47.4% CaO and had a brightness of 63.2.
