Lithology Comments

Jan 18, 2012 (A Wilson) - Paragneiss, amphibolite and marble are intruded by pyroxenite, nepheline-bearing rocks, syenite and granite. The rocks trend northerly and dip 50-70° east. Numerous dikes and sills of granite pegmatite intrude these units. The Mallard Creek Fault crosses the property from east to west. At the Carr Zone, a series of discontinuous narrow granite pegmatite sills and lenses conformably intrude the paragneiss.

Mineralization Comments

Jan 18, 2012 (A Wilson) - Diamond drilling at the Carr Zone (Lot 1 Con 4, N1/2 Carlow Tp) returned values ranging from 0.017 to 0.062% U3O8 over intervals of 2 feet. Assays from diamond drilling at the Wash Tub Zone (Lot 2 Con 5 S1/2 Carlow Tp) returned values ranging from 0.012 to 0.018% U3O8 over intervals of 5 feet. Grab samples collected from the Carr Zone by Mentor Exploration assayed up to 0.11% U3O8. One pegmatitic lens reportedly assayed 0.085% U3O8 . Assays from the Wash Tub Zone assayed values up to 0.01% U3O8. Six separate zones of mineralization were assessed in Carlow Township.
