Mineralization Comments

Oct 28, 2011 (A Wilson) - Mineralization consists of disseminated to massive magnetite in a lens 61 m long and 11.6 m wide. A sample of iron ore collected by J.E. Thomson (ODM) contained 44% Fe, 2.88% TiO2, 0.27% P2O5, 0.11% S, trace V and 10.77% SiO2. A sample collected by Carter et al (OGS) contained 49.4% Fe, 22.7% FeO, 1.97% TiO2, 0.10% P2O5, 0.03% S, 0.10% MnO and 0.11% V. The magnetite body extends for approximately 220 feet.
