Jul 05, 2011 (A Wilson) - Elevated chromium values were recovered from a 20 m thick southward dipping, massive to layered weakly chloritic, rusty metapyroxenite. It is enclosed by separate gabbro and melanogabbro units, each with equiquanular to ophitic textures. The pyroxenite is well layered in places with local discontinuous 10 cm thick gabbroic layers.
