Jun 24, 2014 (A Wilson) - A small pit was opened within medium- to coarse-grained gneissic, siliceous calicitic marble containing 20-60% siliceous impurities; commonly containing thin intercalated units of amphibole rich sedimentary rocks. Skarns are found in the vicinity.
