Point Location Description: Point 2.2 km N of Bronson in lot 22, con 14.
Location Method: Conversion from MDI
Access Description: Most of these sites have no specific location, those that do have some direction are : lot 22, con 14 - 1/4 ml E of the Vardy Quarry; lots 17-20, con 15 - many outcrops S and E of Holland Lake; lot 5, con 16 - on a ridge on the E bank of the York River; lot 15, con 16 - a small pit just E of Bentley Creek, on a pegmatite.
Corundum has been noted throughout these lots and, in places, small pits have been put down. These all appear to be minor showings.

Geological Age: Mesoproterozoic
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - Corundum has been noted in nepheline syenite and nepheline gneiss, sometimes associated with pegmatite, sometimes with skarn. Crystals reach 2 inches in diameter.
