Lithology Comments

Jun 09, 2011 (A Wilson) - Five pits were sunk at intervals over a length of 275 feet in a flat-dipping, granite-pegmatite occurring as a sill in hybrid biotite-hornblende gneiss. The pegmatite sill ranges from 1 to 5 feet thick.

Mineralization Comments

Jun 09, 2011 (A Wilson) - The pegmatite sill is very slightly mineralized with scattered flakes of molybdenite, usually accompanied by pyrite. In a number of the pits the scarce mineralization is confined to the footwall part of the sill. Molybdenite was also observed in quartz veins on the property. A grab sample collected by the OGS returned 2.4% Mo, 0.29% Cu, 0.01oz/t Au and trace Ag
