Aug 02, 2011 (A Wilson) - The marble is white, coarse grained and contains disseminated graphite and phlogopite.
Aug 02, 2011 (A Wilson) - A sample collected by the OGS in 1978 returned the following analysis: 2.5 % SiO2, 0.5% Al2O3, 0.3% Fe2O3, 4.4% MgO, 49.6% CaO130 ppm Ba, 280 ppm Sr and120 ppm Mn.
