Sep 26, 2011 (A Wilson) - Chocolate-brown andradite carnet occurs along the contacts of the syenite. Garnet forms up to 25% of the contact near the southwestern end of the complex. The garnet is typically ?1 mm in diameter. The garnet-rich zone strikes north to northeast and is at least 10 feet wide and 150 feet long.
