Access Description: Accessible by road. The samples are 2.5 km apart, located between White Lake, Three Mile Bay and Bennett Bay. See map P 1980 ( MDC 21) for locations.

Geological Age: Mesoproterozoic
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - 1976 : sampled by the OGS - # PM 122 and PM 123. The samples are located in the central part of a marble belt which extends across the N of the township. It contains intrusives as well as metravolcanics, schists, gneisses and amphibolites. The samples are 2.5 km apart but very similar in physical description and chemical analysis. See also MDI31F08SW00003 (Lowney Lake). These samples are described along with those from the Lowney Lake area (under the heading ' White Lake Area ' ). The marble was olso sampled in 1982 by the OGS - # 1675 - on con 9, lot 22.
