Access Description: From the village of Mt St Patrick proceed northeast on RR for 1km to junction with English Road. Follow English Road northeast for 5.9km turning right onto Whelan Road. Proceed southeast for 2.0km then turn west on track (RR route 1169 a-c) and continue for 1.2km to Culhane hunt camp where trail crosses north end of Culhanes Lake swamp at which point it is impassable in wet weather.

Aug 26, 2011 (A Wilson) - Mineralization is hosted by a north-east trending succession of marble and minor sandstone that dips moderately to the southeast.

Aug 26, 2011 (A Wilson) - Satterly observed disseminated pyrrhotite, pyrite and scattered large flakes of molybdenite. A number of stringers which fill vertical joints are composed of coarse pyrite and scattered flakes of molybdenite. Mineralization occurs in a stratabound lens approximately 3.6 m wide and of unknown length.
