Access Description: Point 1.7 km ESE of North Lunenburg.



Exploration History

1919, two samples of marine clay tested:; sample number 695, upper clay unit, reportedly good for tile and; sample number 696, lower clay unit, burns a buff colour. Clay occurs in deposits of limited size, in isolated patches, are stone free and are mostly exposed on surface (Rpt 542).
