Point Location Description: Point 0.8 km N of Carson Grove.

Access Description: On the Montreal road.
Pre-1912 : operating in 1912 and one of 'The Quarries'. 1938 : only worked on a small scale for lime. The quarry covers 6 acres to a depth of 12 ft with a further 8 ft exposed in a pit in the floor.
Province: Paleozoic and Mesozoic Basins
Dec 07, 2005 (C Papertzian) - The Bobcaygeon Formation (upper member) was exposed in this quarry, but no longer (section AQ OT-9). OGS 1938 describes the section.
