Access Description: Drive 8.46km south of junction of highway 533 and highway 63. Take cottage road 2.8km east. Traverse 1.1km north along east end of Indian Lake (Reynolds Lake). Alternative access by trail from northeast corner of Indian Lake (Reynolds Lake) (or canoe across from landing on west shore).



Exploration History

1984: D. Rogers – blasting and drilling. 1985-86: L. Snodden – prospecting, trenching. 1995-present: G. Kealy and A. Howden – trenching, prospecting.

Jul 30, 2012 (A Wilson) - A 5-10 cm wide amethyst vein is hosted within sheared intermediate to felsic intrusive rocks. The vein strikes 154 degrees.

Mineralization Comments

Jul 30, 2012 (A Wilson) - Clear and smokey quartz crystals have been observed here. Amethyst was reportedly also observed and collected here
