Location Method: Conversion from MDI

Access Description: Drive northwest from Mattawa on highway 533 for 18km and take west logging road for 7.5km to road going south for 2.8km. take trail (ATV) south at second tree plantation area. Follow ATV road for 800m to power line and travel west along power line 300m to top of ridge. follow ridge south 90m to site ~60m northeast of creek and 90m south of power line.

Lithology Comments

Jul 06, 2012 (A Wilson) - Host rocks on the property consist of dark-coloured, garnetiferous hornblende-feldspar gneiss. Bands of light coloured pink feldspar gneiss also were noted in the area. A steeply dipping pegmatite dike ranging from 10 to 18 feet in width has a northerly strike through the gneisses. The pegmatite was exposed for a distance of approximately 40 feet.
