Access Description: East from Mattawa on highway 17 for 11.7km and turn left. Walk down road for 350m. Feature is to right of trail along base of hill.

Mar 01, 2016 (A Wilson) - The pit was opened on a narrow dike consisting of massive quartz carrying large scattered crystals of pink feldspar.

Mineralization Comments

Mar 01, 2016 (A Wilson) - Large plates of biotite, up to 30 inches across, also were observed at the site. One carload of feldspar was shipped from the site. Amazonite was found within a narrow pegmatite dike with considerable biotite.
