Mar 25, 2013 (A Wilson) - The shaft was sunk in mafic metavolcanics interbedded with felsic metavolcanics and quartzite. The metavolcanics are schistose with schistosity striking east and dipping steeply to the north. A coarse-grained tholeiitic gabbro complex comprising gabbroic flows or sills are prominent in the eastern part of the property. These units are interbedded with mafic to intermediate calc-alkaline volcanics. The western part of the property has a central core of mafic massive and pillowed flows with related flow top and pillow breccias.

Aug 18, 2017 (A Wilson) - In the south-central part of the property, galena is exposed in a prospect pit. The galena is in a chlorite schist in irregular streaks over a maximum width of 5 feet. Minor pyrite and carbonate are also present. The galena is in small grins and constitutes up to 10-15% of the rock. The galena is inconspicuous on the weathered surface. About 80 ft. west of the pit is a small fracture along which are traces of pink carbonate vein material containing galena and minor cobalt bloom. The assay results from the Silver Tower Mines core samples ranged from nil to 1.8 oz. per ton.
