Mafic lava flow-unsubdivided 2 Basalt Adjacent
Ironstone-unsubdivided 3 Adjacent

Lithology Comments

Oct 18, 2012 (A Wilson) - One of the Consolidated Mining and Smelting Company trenches reportedly exposed a 4 ft wide, acidic dike which strikes N37°E and dips 80°S. The dike cross cuts the andesite. Narrow quartz stringers also were observed. Diamond drill holes completed by Titanic Construction intersected iron formation, mafic metavolcanics and volcanic breccia which are intruded by lamprophyre and feldspar porphyry
