Nov 28, 2012 (A Wilson) - The trench is in sulphide-bearing sheared and fractured zone in mafic metavolcanic rocks. The zone is eastward striking and dips vertically for a total length of 76 m.

Mineralization Comments

Nov 28, 2012 (A Wilson) - The mineralization is described as massive stringers and blebs of pyrite and chalcopyrite associated with quartz veins or within the mafic metavolcanics. A grab sample collected by the OGS in 1970 assayed 5.6% Cu, 0.26% Zn, 0.08 oz/t Au and 3.78 oz/t Ag. A grab sample (49654) collected by D. Laronde in 1997 returned an assay of 16300 ppm Cu and 300 ppb Au
