Mineralization Comments

Nov 28, 2012 (A Wilson) - The mineralization is controlled by a shear-zone. Shearing and fracturing is evident, mainly at 300 and 330 ° east of N. Alteration is similar and a close association of Au with quartz, arsenopyrite, pyrite and chalcopyrite is noted. The zone has a width of 10-40 ft. Assays of trench-samples are poor, assays returned values of 0.317 oz/t Au over 1 ft, 0.235 oz/t Au from a grab sample and 0.092 oz/t Au over 5 ft. Available assays from the Niemetz drilling returned best assays of 0.348 oz/t Au over 2 ft from DDH N-4; 0.148 oz/t Au over 3.6 ft in DDH N-7 and 0.06 oz/t Au over 9.5 ft in DDH N-8. Grab-samples ST-37 B/C assayed 0.016-0.16 and 0.018-0.07 oz/t Au-Ag in old trenches of massive metabasalt in contact with a porphyry. Grab samples collected in 1984 returned assays of 0.096 oz/t Au (84-LN0-234), 0.002 oz/t au, 0.143 oz/t Cu (84-LNO-235) Assays from the 1983 diamond drilling returned values of 0.02 oz/t Au, 0.02 oz/t Ag over 2.5 ft, 0.17 oz/t Au, 0.31 oz/t Ag over 3.3 ft; 0.467 oz/t Au, over 2 ft
