Aug 08, 2017 (A Wilson) - Keewatin andesitic lava and interflow sediments occur in a synclinal fold whose axis trends and plunges west-northwest. On the north limb of the fold these rocks strike south-east and face south-west, on the south limb east-northeast and face north-northwest. In the southeast corner of the claim, Cobalt Series conglomerate faulted off by the north-northeast striking Cobalt Lake Fault; unconformably overlies the Keewatin volcanics. The York-O’Brien shaft vein strikes ENE for 200 ft. along an interflow sedimentary bed in the Keewatin rocks. Cobalt Silver Syndicate shaft vein strikes ENE 150 ft. along the same sedimentary bed in the Keewatin rocks. A third vein occurs striking northwest for 150 ft., 500 ft. southwest of the north post.

Aug 08, 2017 (A Wilson) - Galena occurs largely as a replacement of a cherty Keewatin sedimentary band between lava flows. In addition, silver-cobalt mineralization is present in carbonate veins cutting Cobalt sedimentary rocks.
