Lithology Comments

Jul 31, 2017 (A Wilson) - Steeply dipping west-northwest trending Keewatin sediments intruded by Haileyburian lamprophyre outcrop in the south part of the property; these are overlain by Nipissing diabase 300 ‘ thick in the north part of the property. In the southwest corner, the Cross Lake olivine diabase dike (of Keweenawan age) cuts the Keewatin and Hailyburian rocks in a northwest direction. An NNE fault with downward displacement on the east side crosses the property.
